YOGA CLASSES (english)

More than a practice, yoga is a lifestyle that heals, cares for, and strengthens the body, mind, and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing, and meditation.

​

Practiced in India for thousands of years, it has become one of the most popular systems of physical and spiritual conditioning nowadays. Hinduism is one of the most complex cultures in the world. Yoga is part of its religious, spiritual, cultural, and social traditions. Old texts from thousands of years ago already talked about meditation practices, breathing, transcendence of the self, and a series of postures that help the yogi to purify his body: the asanas.

 

During a yoga session, which usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half, you practice different asanas or postures harmonized with your breath, beneficial for both body and mind. In each yoga class, you meditate on your Sankalpa (intention-purpose) in which the body and mind are brought back to calm. See the options of classes and experiences that I have designed for you.

YOGA BEACH

A moment to connect with yourself and nature through the practice of Yoga on the beach. Yoga and the sea are two elements that can be combined to create a relaxing and revitalizing experience.

 

Practicing yoga by the sea can help you connect with nature and find greater inner balance. The sound of the waves can be very calming and meditative. Experience a chill, tropical experience.

SUP YOGA EXPERIENCE

Yoga Sup promotes flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, and strength; it is a low-impact, total-body activity. However, low impact is not synonymous with low intensity.

 

Yoga Sup exercises offer aerobic activities with enough intensity to raise your heart rate and allow you to burn fat. You will work on body control by activating the middle abdominal area. The yoga postures are slightly different as the sea challenges your balance. We promote body coordination and focus the mind on what you are doing, a mindful moment.
