Program:
Yoga and Meditation

Combined practice of Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Meditation.

​

Yin Yoga: floor postures held for longer periods, benefiting joints and increasing muscle flexibility. Conscious Breaths.

​

Hatha Yoga: Floor and standing poses. Increasing muscle strength, dynamic and static balance, flexibility. Energy balance. Full attention.

​

Guided meditations, mindfulness, Visualizations. Harmonization with Tibetan bowl and personal oracle message.

​

No previous experience or age limit is necessary.

​

The meetings are personalized according to the objective you seek with a monthly, biweekly and/or weekly frequency and a duration of 1:15 hours.

A journey of enchantment awaits, with no age limit or previous experience required. The meetings last one hour, a wondrous hour of magic and wellness.
